I am a multimedia artist that focuses on sensory elements, and tactile engagement to examine daily routine and interaction. By removing language, both written and verbal, I examine how humans interpret art through these other senses. Sound, touch, smell are all elements that are not limited to a language or certain group of people.
By using mediums like sculpture, photography, and elements of new media, I look to use the various mediums as thematic support to help facilitate the questions presented in the work.
My inspirations come from working at a local camera store, daily social encounters, and observations collected through photographs and memories.
